With our full service option, you’ll receive pre and post challenge consultations, turnkey marketing, a dedicated health coach to help your employees get the best results possible, detailed weekly reports, and support for large groups via an advanced divisioning system.

HOW ARE FULL SERVICE CHALLENGES PRICED?
We offer both annual PEPM pricing and pay per participant, per challenge pricing to allow you to purchase challenges in the way that best suits your organization.
IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS?
Our game design and technology infrastructure has been savvily designed to accommodate groups of 25 just as well as 10,000+. For groups of 300+ we implement an advanced divisioning system to ensure all participants feel a sense of competition and relevance, rather than just the top 25 teams or so.
WHEN DO SELF SERVICE CHALLENGES START?
You are free to select your own start date.
WHAT ARE THE CHALLENGE TYPES AVAILABLE?
We offer multiple Missions in The Outbreak that feature unique stories, settings, characters, obstacles, and varied combinations of step vs. exercise prescriptions. Each Mission is then available in 3 game types: STANDARD, which features the standard prescription for steps and exercise, EXTREME, which features and advanced prescription for steps and exercise, and SURVIVAL, which uses only steps.
MY GROUP IS LESS THAN 100 PARTICIPANTS… CAN WE STILL PURCHASE A FULL SERVICE CHALLENGE?
Absolutely! You can get the full service experience by purchasing the minimum 100 participants, whether you use all of them or not. Just click on the “contact us” link below these questions to get in touch and let us know you’d like a full service challenge.
WILL I SEE OTHER GROUPS IN FULL SERVICE CHALLENGES?
No. All challenges are private for your group.
ARE THERE ANY PRIVACY ISSUES?
No. The only information visible to other participants are a player’s name and game-related information, such as step count, character health etc.
IS INTERNAL MARKETING ASSISTANCE INCLUDED?
Yes, our Full Service Challenges include a challenge concierge who will advise you on a timeline for internal challenge marketing and provide you with turnkey assets for a beautiful email campaign and printable materials.
MY ORGANIZATION IS INTERNATIONAL. CAN WE ALL PARTICIPATE IN THE SAME CHALLENGE?
Yes. Our technology works globally between locations. It’s one of our strengths.

Yes, your challenge concierge is equipped to handle the challenge administration from start to end. While we welcome engaged stakeholders, the amount that you have to “do” is minimal.
