I just completed my first six week Outbreak Challenge and had a BLAST! Not only did the four of us RISE to this challenge, but we pushed each other, learned about each other, and grew to be inspirational coaches for each other.

Ending this challenge: we have new friends, in each other and competing teammates we met along the way; a new confidence and pride in meeting goals, improved health, greater motivation and endurance, and overall much improved outlooks on our lives as whole.
